Neroli refers to the white petals of Citrus × aurantium. The main sources are southern France, Morocco, Egypt, and Italy.   Aromatherapy oil is obtained by distillation. It is nearly transparent and light yellow. It is a lily fragrance with a little bitterness and medicinal taste.

Its value is high because its output ratio is almost the same as that of roses. Only 100 kilograms can produce 80 grams.
